Welcome to Outside Campus, your trusted outside-campus logistics and errand service. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any order, booking a delivery, or using our platform.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services (including but not limited to item pickups, food deliveries, and personal shopping), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


2. Service Coverage

We currently operate within and around the following areas: [e.g., Ojoo, Bodija, Sango, Akobo, University of Ibadan, Lead City, UCH, Challenge, etc.].
Deliveries or pickups requested outside these zones may attract additional fees or may not be available.


3. Nature of Service

Our services include:

  • Item pickup and drop-off within approved areas

  • Procurement (buying items on your behalf)

  • Food or package delivery from approved vendors

  • Errand services as listed on our platform

We are not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or third-party vendors.


4. Prohibited Items

We do not transport or procure illegal, restricted, or hazardous items.
This includes but is not limited to:

  • Hard drugs or controlled substances

  • Weapons or explosives

  • Perishable goods not properly packaged

  • Counterfeit or stolen items

Violation of this rule will result in immediate service suspension and possible legal action.


5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are subject to change based on distance, item type, and location.

  • Payments must be made in full before service delivery, unless otherwise stated.

  • Procurement fees may apply when we purchase items on your behalf. This covers time, transport, and handling.

  • Accepted payment methods include: [Paystack, bank transfer, etc.]


6. Delivery and Pickup Policy

  • The sender and receiver must provide accurate contact information and addresses.

  • If the receiver cannot be reached after two attempts, the package will be returned, and the sender will bear any additional cost.

  • Once an item is handed over to the receiver, the transaction is considered complete.


7. Liability

While we take utmost care in handling all items, we are not responsible for:

  • Items not properly packaged by the sender

  • Damage caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., road accidents, weather)

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients

If a package is lost due to our negligence, compensation will not exceed the declared item value or a fixed refund limit set by management.


8. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made before a rider has been dispatched.

  • Once delivery is in progress, no refund will be issued.

  • For procurement orders, refunds are only applicable if the item has not yet been purchased.


9. Privacy and Data Use

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected (names, addresses, phone numbers) will be used solely for delivery purposes and not shared with third parties except as required by law.


10. Code of Conduct

Users must:

  • Provide clear, accurate, and truthful information.

  • Treat delivery personnel with respect.

  • Avoid using the service for any fraudulent or harmful purposes.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or permanent ban from our platform.


11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will take effect immediately once published on our platform.
